As a User Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users and psychologists, handling inquiries about our product, scheduling, and technical issues.

  • Provide professional support via email, phone, and chat during our working hours.
  • Match users with suitable psychologists and forward special requests.
  • Collaborate with team members from various departments, especially Psychology and Tech.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • A passion for working with people and excellent communication skills.
  • A high level of empathy to understand user needs.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Independent and proactive work style with the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
