BDO in Luxembourg is a leading provider of professional services, seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for managing the overall payroll process for client portfolios and ensuring the accuracy of salary calculations.
Role Overview- This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to multinational corporations.
- You will be working closely with our payroll specialists to ensure seamless delivery of services and providing exceptional customer support.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in payroll management, excellent analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Fluency in German and English is essential, with French/Luxembourgish being an asset.

Responsibilities- Manage the overall payroll process for client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct thorough reviews of salary calculations, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain employment contracts, registrations, and declarations for clients at competent authorities.
- A BTS, DUT, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in payroll management in Luxembourg.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in German and English, with French/Luxembourgish being an asset.
- A competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
