Senior Payroll Specialist

As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for managing the overall payroll process for client portfolios and ensuring the accuracy of salary calculations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in payroll management, excellent analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Fluency in German and English is essential, with French/Luxembourgish being an asset.

• Manage the overall payroll process for client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Conduct thorough reviews of salary calculations, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain employment contracts, registrations, and declarations for clients at competent authorities.

• A BTS, DUT, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in payroll management in Luxembourg.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in German and English, with French/Luxembourgish being an asset.

• A competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
