Digital Transformation Lead

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digital Transformation Lead, der unsere digitale Transformation vorantreibt und unsere Position im Markt stärkt. Als Project Portfolio Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten. Sie identifizieren individuelle Entwicklungsbedarfe und erstellen maßgeschneiderter Weiterbildungspläne für Ihre Teammitglieder. Sie unterstützen Ihre Teammitglieder bei der Problemlösung, Ressourcenplanung und Risikomanagement sowie bereitstellen Mentoring und fachliche Anleitung. Sie identifizieren, wählen und steuern externe Projektleiter zur bedarfsorientierten Unterstützung und Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration in laufende Projekte. Sie pflegen und aktualisieren das Projektportfolio zur Digitalisierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, Lenkungskreismitgliedern und Geschäftsbereichsverantwortlichen. Sie identifizieren, bewerten und priorisieren Projekte basierend auf strategischen Zielen, Geschäftsprioritäten und Ressourcenverfügbarkeit. Sie berichten regelmäßig über den Fortschritt und den Status der Digitalisierungsprojekte und des IT-Projektportfolios an das Management und andere relevante Interessengruppen.
Anforderungen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition. Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Projektportfolio-Management und in der Implementierung von Digitalisierungsprojekten. Fundierte Erfahrung im Einsatz und in der Implementierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Werkzeugen (z.B. Agile, Scrum, IPMA). Zertifizierungen in relevanten Projektmanagement-Methoden (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2) von Vorteil. Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Managementfähigkeiten. Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten. Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungsfähigkeit. Vertrautheit mit modernen Digitalisierungstechnologien. Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch.
