Event Production Role at Highsnobiety

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Production professional to join our team at Highsnobiety. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for leading and executing multi-channel experiences aligned with our creative and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire event production process, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget while maintaining high quality.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to optimize costs.
  • Oversee the hiring and management of temporary staff for events as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production, with a proven track record of delivering events of varying scales within the creative industry.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and production logistics.
  • A creative and analytical thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
