About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our E-Commerce team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our E-Commerce platform, ensuring seamless execution of online marketing and sales strategies, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the E-Commerce team in optimizing product listings, content, search, and availability on various online marketplaces, including Amazon.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing and sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the preparation and execution of customer meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably with a focus on Online Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in English and German.
