About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Germany or Austria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business from the German market, developing sales and client relationships, and reaching sales objectives defined by management.
You will promote our services to active and potential clients, enlarge our client portfolio, and generate group and FIT business using our network in Europe or GBU network outside of Europe. You will also participate in sales trips, travel workshops, and fairs in Europe, and organize fam trips and educational tours for clients.
We are looking for a commercially minded and sales-driven individual with a deep understanding of the travel industry and market requirements. You should have a degree in Tourism and Travel Business, be fluent in English and Italian, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in inbound travel in Europe is an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Kuoni Tumlare services in Germany and develop sales and client relationships
- Enlarge the portfolio of Kuoni Tumlare clients and generate group and FIT business
- Participate in sales trips, travel workshops, and fairs in Europe
- Organize fam trips and educational tours for clients
- Provide monthly sales reports, analysis of the market, and sales activities
- Ensure strict revenue control of tours using company systems
- Make client offers, follow up, and contracts
