Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Dokumentenmanager (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Dokumentenmanager, you will be responsible for optimizing document management structures and processes, organizing and archiving project-related documents and correspondence within Microsoft SharePoint and thinkproject.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement document management strategies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with document management policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement document management processes and procedures
  • Administer and maintain project workspaces based on industry standards and project-specific requirements
  • Lead document flows, control, and conduct formal quality assurance

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education, commercial studies, or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of document management systems, particularly Microsoft SharePoint and/or thinkproject
  • Good knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana and/or rib iTwo desirable
  • Professional experience in large projects, project-related work processes, and document management
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and English language skills
