As one of the largest food wholesalers in the region, we supply customers from the gastronomy, hotel industry, bakery, and butcher shop with a comprehensive food and non-food product range. We operate from four locations in Essingen, Stuttgart-Wangen, Rednitzhembach, and Waldheim on a site area of over 40,000 square meters.

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our Fresh Goods Department (Dairy Products) to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Inventory management and warehousing
  • Conducting MHD controls in the defined area
  • Providing expert and friendly customer advice
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation
  • Participating in inventory counts
  • Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards within your defined area of responsibility

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed education in the food industry, preferably with in-depth knowledge of dairy products
  • Comprehensive product knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure, teamwork, customer orientation, and customer friendliness
  • Good understanding and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage
