PreMaster Sales Process Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PreMaster Sales Process Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing the introduction of Salesforce and redesigning processes in close coordination with all departments along the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the introduction of Salesforce and redesign processes in close coordination with all departments along the customer journey.
  • Make complex concepts understandable and convince users of the upcoming change(s).
  • Educate and support users in North and South America, Europe, and Asia in using Salesforce.
  • Support the definition and introduction of process adjustments in sales and related areas and help assess compliance.
Requirements:
  • Above-average completion of a university degree in the field of engineering management (or comparable) and specific intention to pursue a master's degree afterwards.
  • Open-minded, enjoy working in a team, show a sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Independent and structured working style, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
  • Very good MS Office and IT knowledge. Ideally, you also have experience with Salesforce.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
About the Bosch PreMaster Program:

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
