Job Title:
Luxury Sales Representative

We are seeking a passionate individual with a deep appreciation for luxury brands, specifically high-quality watches and jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of luxury watch and jewelry products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in an upscale retail environment, preferably with a luxury watch or jewelry brand.
  • Strong technical knowledge of watches and jewelry, including their history, design, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
