Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Key Account Sales Manager für unsere Region Nord & West - HMVZ (x/f/m) in Vollzeit. Als Key Account Sales Manager - HMVZ (x/f/m) bist Du für die Entwicklung von Doctolib in deiner Region verantwortlich. Du wirst für alle Sales-Aktivitäten im Bereich der HMVZ ́s in Deutschland verantwortlich sein.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest den kompletten Vertriebsprozess im Bereich Hospital MVZ-Großkunden, angefangen vom Erstkontakt bis zum Go-Live
  • Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Betreuung von ausgewählten Großkunden
  • Du verhandelst Rahmen- und Individualverträge mit unseren Kunden
  • Du begleitest die Key Accounts im Rahmen der technischen Integration sowie im Cross- und Up-Selling
  • Du definierst und monitorst relevante Kennzahlen
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich B2B-Sales und bist erfahren in der Kommunikation mit Key Accounts auf C-Level-Ebene
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du besitzt ein Entrepreneurial-Mindset mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und verfügst über den entsprechenden Drive, Dinge bewegen zu wollen
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie ermöglicht es Dir auch komplexe Prozessstrukturen zu erfassen, um unsere Produkte an die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden anzupassen
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über Vorkenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen
  • Erste Kenntnisse mit Salesforce sind ebenfalls wünschenswert
  • Du bist gut im Netzwerken und verhältst Dich stets professionell
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Höflichkeit sind für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und kannst sicher auf Englisch kommunizieren
