The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with independent bike retailers in the Stuttgart area, Germany, and promoting our beautifully designed electric bikes to stock in their stores.

  • Identify and qualify potential retail partners through cold calling, email prospecting, and social outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our retail partners, overcoming objections and addressing their concerns.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, driving business growth and expansion.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our CRO to execute our wholesale and retail sales strategy, contributing to the company's mission to become the most desirable micro-mobility company in Europe and the US by 2025.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Field Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building a list of prospective retail partners in the Stuttgart area.
  • Prospecting and qualifying opportunities through various channels.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
