Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Zenjob GmbH. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical product designer with hands-on user research experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding enterprise user needs and translating them into actionable design solutions that drive success.
Zenjob is a Berlin-based scaling tech staffing platform with a technological staffing solution being used by thousands of talents and brands in various sectors. Our service is available in over 39 cities in Germany. Our growth financing round of $50 million (€45 million) from February 2022 is helping us to scale our platform and add new data-based automation features for our rapidly growing customer base.
The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing and prototyping with a focus on responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across all devices. They will also conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, especially in enterprise contexts, and utilize these insights to inform product decisions and build great products.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of relevant design experience with a focus on product or user research. They will also have previous experience working in a start-up/scale-up or fast growth environment, eager to embrace changes, iterate quickly, see challenges as opportunities. Additionally, they will have previous experience achieving meaningful impact (moving the needle of a key business or product metric) and being able to make good decisions based on business context, product data and user understanding.
