We are a leading provider of business and workflow management software for the translation and localization industry. Our flagship product, Plunet BusinessManager, is a comprehensive solution that helps translation agencies, government organizations, and large international companies manage their workflows efficiently.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our product and collaborating with our product owners and front-end developers to build a comprehensive component library.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance the Plunet design system, drawing inspiration from the existing UI while improving legacy components using Angular Material.
- Maintain consistency across all user interfaces and interactions by managing our design system.
- Collaborate with our product owners and front-end developers to build a comprehensive component library.
- Conceptualize and create design guidelines.
- Lead and own the end-to-end design process from concept to completion, together with our UX researcher and UX writer.
- Work within the product team to conceptualize and develop new features in our software.
- A degree in UX/UI (e.g., interface design, communication design, human-computer interaction) or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in UX design, interface and interaction design, as well as experience in developing and applying complex design systems for digital products for enterprise software.
- Proficient in common tools for creating digital user interfaces, especially Figma.
- Experience collaborating with front-end teams and knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience in managing legacy software.
- Confident in UX roles, comfortable both as a mentor and in operational work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in both German and English.
