Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Value Advisors and Field Sales Teams to evaluate strategic goals, outline innovation scenarios, pinpoint key enhancement opportunities, and prepare justifications for change at the board level, including business cases.
2. Develop presentations, conduct customer research, and perform competitive analyses to support Collaborative Value Assessments.
3. Strong research and writing skills are essential, with a focus on synthesizing and clearly representing complex scenarios.
4. Proven consultative engagement approach: Identify engagement needs, then shape, promote, and execute the engagement.
5. Provide scalable field support: Create customer-specific value selling deliverables such as MTN, Benchmarking Reports, Business Cases, ROI & TCO Analyses.
6. Assist in the development of the Digital Value Advisory practice, including the creation of new services, tools, and templates for high-volume cloud-first deals.
7. Contribute to the development of industry-relevant field content and enable field sales teams in value selling methodologies.

Qualifications

1. Strong quantitative and analytical skills required (e.g., Financial Modelling).
2. Skills in project management, group management, and facilitation.
3. Proactive involvement in enhancing technology, toolsets, and practices within value advisory.

Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences. Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva is an advantage. Language proficiency: fluent in English and German. Soft skills: team-oriented, inquisitive, communicative, and creative.

About Your Team
The Digital Value Advisory (DVA) team provides Value Advisors, Sales, and Partners with specialized services in research, value discovery, and tactical initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the MEE Value Advisory practice. A working student in this role will assist organizations in transforming their operations by developing justifications for technology investments through a standardized shared service model, enabling us to scale value selling activities in MEE.
We seek talented individuals with skills in business analytics, project management, and teamwork to collaborate with Value Analysts and impact our customers' digital transformation initiatives.

Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in table format, school leaving certificates, a certificate of enrollment, a current university transcript, copies of any academic degrees already obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
