Your Area of Work
As a risk management intern, you will support the ERM Section within the Eurex Clearing AG Risk Department. This independent risk control function is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and reporting financial and non-financial risks, as well as business continuity management.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will assist the team in liquidity, market, credit, and operational risk management.
- You will help prepare reports for risk measurement.
- You will review concepts and support process improvements.
- You will investigate ad-hoc topics due to market, business, or regulatory changes.
- You will participate in selected meetings, take minutes, and contribute to discussions.
Your Profile:
- You are a regular student at a state-recognized university with a focus in finance, IT, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, or a relevant field.
- You have completed at least 4 semesters.
- You have gained practical experience in finance or risk management.
- You are interested in capital market topics.
- You have excellent knowledge in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- You are familiar with databases and Power BI.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
