Your Role as a Maintenance Technician
- Ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions across various systems, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Independently execute routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives and participate in spare parts management.
- Maintain a steadfast commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
Your Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized vocational training program in mechanics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a maintenance role within a similar industry is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of metalworking processes, electrical systems, and basic hydraulics/pneumatics principles.
- Possession of a valid B/L driver's license; experience operating mobile machinery is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to shift schedules, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.
