About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team at RETERRA Service GmbH. As an Instandhalter, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and implement corrective actions to resolve problems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to detect potential issues and prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as mechanics or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
  • Valid driver's license (B/L) and experience with mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
