We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Telefonica S.A. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in championing the evolution of our products and services on our cutting-edge technological platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Advising business units in implementing TelCo products, portfolios, and services, including initial IT consultation and requirement analysis, software development, and commercial launch.
- Ensuring a seamless digital customer experience across all touchpoints through process standardization and automation.
- Conceptualizing and executing structural transformations to address current and upcoming challenges, including roadmap creation and management decision frameworks.
- Streamlining existing processes and contributing to the digital transformation by identifying and implementing measures for modern software development, particularly in agile analysis and requirements engineering.
- Overseeing small and medium-sized projects, ensuring their successful realization by proactively coordinating with stakeholders and managing time, quality, and budget considerations.
- Managing international external service providers who carry out technical product management on behalf of Telefonica Deutschland.
- A degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management, ideally within larger, agile IT organizations, with prior exposure to the TelCo or media industry being a notable advantage.
- Outstanding expertise in requirement engineering, agile methodologies, and the execution and enhancement of software development processes.
- Experience in facilitating change processes and honed negotiation and communication skills.
- A collaborative team environment and ability to make independent decisions and shoulder responsibilities, with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
