About KnowBe4

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Mid Market Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the Mid Market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Mid Market business opportunities through various prospecting methods and lead cadence best practices.
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's full suite of products and educate customers on how each product can improve their business's human firewall.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the Mid Market segment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce, a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stats-driven business professional with a strong collaborative and teamwork mindset.
