We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Mid Market Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the Mid Market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Mid Market business opportunities through various prospecting methods and lead cadence best practices.
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's full suite of products and educate customers on how each product can improve their business's human firewall.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the Mid Market segment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with Salesforce, a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stats-driven business professional with a strong collaborative and teamwork mindset.
