Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Project Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for the procurement of materials and services for complex projects in the energy infrastructure sector. Your primary focus will be on developing individual sourcing strategies for various projects, ensuring the smooth, timely, and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual sourcing strategies for various projects, focusing on the procurement of materials and services in the energy infrastructure sector.
  • Procure materials and services for complex projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and implement procurement plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the energy infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MM.
  • Fluency in English and German.
