We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team at MELAG. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement and development projects
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical and business acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent German and English language skills
