Labor Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Labor Assistant - Medical Laboratory to join our team at FRESENIUS HEliOS HOSPITALS. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of laboratory services, including sample management, blood group serology, and cross-matching
  • Performance of hematological, hemostaseological, and clinical chemical investigations
  • Analysis and plausibility control of samples and test results
  • Participation in quality control and proficiency testing according to RILIBÄK
  • Contribution to the development of laboratory processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Medical Laboratory Assistant
  • Relevant experience in a laboratory setting is desirable
  • Flexibility and punctuality, as well as willingness to participate in on-call duties
  • Excellent technical, empathetic, and social skills, as well as strong teamwork abilities
  • Proof of immunization against measles
