About the Role:
Takeda is seeking a highly skilled Validation Engineer - Cleaning and Sterilization to join our team in Singen, Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate process validations for the dengue vaccine filling capacity expansion.
- Develop and maintain risk analyses for cleaning and sterilization procedures.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for validation of cleaning and sterilization procedures across the site.
- Track the validation lifecycle for your area of responsibility.
- Evaluate changes and deviations related to validation impact and define necessary measures.
- Support authority, customer, and self-inspections for your area of responsibility.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in natural sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or comparable).
- Experience in process validation in an aseptic production environment.
- Experience with cleaning and sterilization procedures.
- Initial experience in vaccine production.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
