Validation Specialist

As a Validation Engineer - Cleaning and Sterilization at Takeda GmbH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and evaluating process validations, as well as creating and maintaining risk analyses.
Main Responsibilities:
- Independent planning, documentation, execution, evaluation, and reporting of process validations
- Creation, processing, and maintenance of risk analyses
- Subject Matter Expert for the validation of cleaning and sterilization procedures
- Tracking the validation lifecycle for the area of responsibility
- Evaluation of changes and deviations with regard to the validation impact, including definition of necessary measures
- Support of authority, customer, and self-inspections with regard to the area of responsibility
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or comparable)
- Experience in the validation of processes in an aseptic production environment
- Experience with cleaning and sterilization procedures
- Initial experience in vaccine production
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
