About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our international team at Digital Charging Solutions GmbH. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our OEM key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns and building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product/service delivery
  • Account Strategy and Planning: Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies, create customized presentations, and monitor account performance metrics
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on client needs and ensure smooth project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management

Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales/account management role
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Analytical proficiency, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
