Position Overview

Chainflip Labs is seeking a skilled professional to enhance our social media presence and drive engagement across various platforms. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to increase visibility, interaction, and retention.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced individual who can craft engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze data to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly within the Interoperability and DeFi sectors, and be adept at creating content that resonates with the Crypto X audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Skills:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility and interaction on platforms such as X, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Conduct social media campaigns from start to finish, creating and curating engaging content, managing posts, and analyzing data to optimize reach, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure a consistent cadence across production timelines.
  • Work with communications and campaigns teams to execute multi-channel announcements.
  • Content Creation:
  • Craft experimental and engaging content tailored to Crypto Twitter's audience (memes, narratives, etc.).
  • Produce a variety of content formats, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Develop content that appeals to Crypto Twitter while maintaining the overall protocol branding.
