Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and enhance our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly within the Interoperability and DeFi sectors, and will be adept at creating and curating content that resonates with the Crypto X audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility and interaction on platforms such as X, Telegram, and Discord.
    • Conduct social media campaigns from start to finish, creating and curating engaging content, managing posts, and analyzing data to optimize reach, engagement, and retention.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure a consistent cadence across production timelines.
    • Work with communications and campaigns teams to execute multi-channel announcements.
  • Content Creation
    • Craft experimental and engaging content tailored to Crypto Twitter's audience (memes, narratives, etc.).
    • Produce a variety of content formats, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials.
    • Develop content that appeals to Crypto Twitter while maintaining the overall protocol branding.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
    • Work with the communications and campaigns teams to execute multi-channel announcements.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of 30 and contribute to the success of Chainflip Labs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and be able to create and curate content that resonates with the Crypto X audience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly within the Interoperability and DeFi sectors.
  • Ability to create and curate engaging content that resonates with the Crypto X audience.
  • Strong social media skills and ability to manage and optimize social media performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
