Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
- Das Regulatorische Büro konzipieren und als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Bankenregulatorik fungieren.
- Die Tätigkeiten der Stabsstelle koordinieren und den Mitarbeitendeneinsatz planen.
- Neue regulatorische Anforderungen an Banken identifizieren und analysieren.
- Die Auswirkungen auf unsere Bank bewerten (Regulatory Screening).
- Projekte zur Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen an eine Less Significant Institution (LSI) leiten.
- Anfragen und Prüfungen im Bereich der Bankenaufsicht bearbeiten (Single Point of Contact).
- Alle beteiligten internen und externen Stakeholder, einschließlich Fachabteilungen, Vorstand, Verband und Aufsicht, managen.
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Jura oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance bei einer Bank oder einem Finanzdienstleister.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze und Vorschriften im Aufsichtsrecht, von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Bereich Revision und aufsichtsrechtlicher Prüfungen.
- Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Begleitung und Unterstützung von regulatorischen Umsetzungsprojekten.
- Selbstständige, präzise und flexible Arbeitsweise, auch bei komplexen Fragestellungen in zeitkritischen Situationen.
- Koordinationstalent, sicheres Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Fachbereichen, dem Vorstand und anderen Stakeholdern.
- Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, in einem interdisziplinären und engagierten Team zusammenzuarbeiten und gemeinsam Herausforderungen anzugehen.
- Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sind von Vorteil.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
