Your Role

As a Solution Specialist for Healthcare Software Development, you will advise our medical technology, pharmaceutical, and life science clients in the initiation of software development projects from technical concept creation to implementation of innovative and market-shaping digital products and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to client presentations, project concepts, offers, and other content for client communication and attraction.
  • Conduct client workshops and solution presentations.
  • Advise clients on defining and designing successful products for their industry, technical implementation of their solutions, and successful project implementation.
  • Closely collaborate and build relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Identify needs, challenges, and solution options in the client's organization.
  • Closely collaborate with Sales to identify, attract, and win new clients.
  • Setup new software development projects and provide technical leadership of project teams in the early phase of projects.
  • Creation of publications and presentations for industry-specific media and events.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of professional experience as a software architect, software developer, consultant in an IT environment, or in technical sales.
  • Experience in medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life science industry.
  • Ideal experience in consulting.
  • Extensive experience in conception, development, and quality assurance of software solutions in various technology fields.
  • Experience in dealing with common technologies and standards in medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life science industry.
  • Experience in implementation of software development projects using agile methods and setup of technical project infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of typical requirements for cybersecurity and suitable solution options.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and coaching expertise.
  • Experience in managing software development teams.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Full business proficiency in both German and English.
  • Affinity to sales and business development.
  • Strong customer and result orientation.
