Regional Operations Manager EMEA Job Description

At Digital Turbine, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to lead our EMEA team. As a key member of our Performance organization, you'll be responsible for managing a group of growth managers and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Ad Operations team in EMEA, collaborating closely with Account Management and Yield and Supply teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimizations to achieve client KPIs.
  • Allocate team resources effectively to manage workload and meet client demands.
  • Mentor and cross-train team on DT's product suite.
  • Secondary point of escalation for any issues.
  • Lead strategic global initiatives and projects for commercial teams across all DT products, driving revenue opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing people/teams.
  • 3-5 years of online media or other advertising experience, with knowledge of online ad serving and mobile advertising in the EMEA region.
  • Ability to make an immediate impact with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ad serving systems and advertising tracking technologies, especially app MMPs.
  • Ability to work with a global and remote team.
  • A passion for all things digital, including a good understanding of industry trends and how they can be used to deliver category-defining media solutions.
