PFX TV Seeks VFX Supervisor

PFX TV, a pioneering force in the accounting industry, is seeking a visionary VFX Supervisor to spearhead our innovative visual effects initiatives. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual effects production process, ensuring seamless integration with our financial narratives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Effects Leadership: Oversee the visual effects production process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with directors, producers, and the production team to understand project requirements and artistic vision, fostering a collaborative environment that drives creative excellence.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of VFX artists, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure quality standards and team growth.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for VFX projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project objectives.
  • Visual Effects Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews and evaluations of visual effects work, providing constructive critiques to ensure alignment with project objectives and financial concepts.
  • Industry Staying Current: Stay updated on industry trends and tools, continually improving the VFX pipeline and ensuring our work remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Effects, Animation, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a VFX supervisory role or equivalent position.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of VFX works, particularly in financial storytelling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, and Maya.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a creative team.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with accounting principles and the ability to translate complex data into visual formats.
