Job Description

As a Store Manager at DR. MARTENS, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, training, sales, visual merchandising, opening and closing procedures, administration, and inventory management.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality customer service and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Performance: Achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records, including payroll and inventory control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales goals, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the Retail and Marketing teams to execute marketing strategies, including events, promotions, and visual displays, to drive sales and brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading retail teams, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Financial Management: Experience in managing financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Team Management: Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and develop teams, with a proven success record in employee relations and communication.
  • Communication and IT Skills: Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and EPOS systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
