Regulatory Admissions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Regulatory Admissions & Governance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the admission processes of traders and other individuals to our markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in trader admission/termination processes for the markets Xetra, Eurex & Eurex Repo
  • Support in creation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports for BaFin & Hessische Börsenaufsicht
  • Support the team in audit document collection and delivery
  • Involved in enhancing data quality and account maintenance within SAP CRM 7
  • Support in creation of internal process guidelines and defining governance frameworks
  • Jointly responsible for answering requests from internal stakeholders regarding admissions of our clients
  • Support in trader exam organization and coordination with the clients
  • Support in creation of invoices for trader examinations and trainings

About You:

  • Enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least one semester
  • Ideal candidate has already gained first practical experience in the financial markets area
  • Basic knowledge in Finance, Capital Markets, as well as Financial Regulations
  • Client services orientated and with advanced communication skills, ensuring high client and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Very good team player with strong organizational skill and highly motivated, flexible, open for challenges and ready to take on responsibility
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English. German language skills will be an asset
