Cisco is a global leader in technology innovation, and we're seeking a talented Project Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services organization, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers optimize their network investment and speed adoption of advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the successful completion of customer projects, ensuring project objectives, customer acceptance criteria, and internal performance metrics are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, ISO certification requirements, and Cisco policies and processes.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, subcontractor partners, and project team members, ensuring the accuracy of project data in internal tools and systems.
  • Assist program managers or senior project managers in performing project administration activities.

Programme Structure:
  • First 3 months: full-time virtual training, shadowing, and job rotation.
  • After 3 months: join the local CX team in your home country.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate or on your final year of studies towards a degree or related program or other academic certification; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to live and work in the country with no additional VISA sponsorship from Cisco.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Language proficiency in Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic is beneficial.
  • Project management (ex. CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) and/or ITIL certification is a great plus.
  • Ability to begin full-time employment in March/September 2023.
