About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in French-speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage sales performance and sales forecasting
  • Develop and implement sales training programs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in French and English, with additional languages an asset
