Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail leadership and team management
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
