Überblick über die Rolle:

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und motivierte Person, die als Assistant Store Manager unser Sephora Store in Frankfurt leiten wird.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Store Managers bei der Führung des Teams und der Verwaltung des täglichen Geschäfts
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Durchführung von Verkaufsaktionen und -kampagnen
  • Kooperation mit dem Einkaufsteam bei der Auswahl und Beschaffung von Produkten
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien
  • Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Beauty, Kosmetik, Retail oder Fashion
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf und in der Führung von Teams
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der Beauty- und Kosmetikindustrie
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
