About the Role

This role plays a dual purpose of supporting sales in large-deal opportunities and providing industry-specific insights to product line leaders. You'll influence different personas among the buying team, including gatekeepers, decision makers, and approvers, and evaluate products against the needs of the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales in large-deal opportunities and provide industry-specific insights to product line leaders.
  • Evaluate products against the needs of the retail sector and develop high-leverage suggestions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive significant changes and make a lasting impact on the industry.
  • Expand your external network by attending and contributing to retail-specific fairs, exhibitions, and associations.
  • Engage with the sales team to provide a clear retail-specific knowledge base to support customers and prospects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, either in a retailer or in a supporting organization.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of logistics processes in retail.
  • Strong network in European FMCG & Retail.
  • Fluent German and very high level English is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
