Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Production Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of our production facility and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry background. Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset are essential for this position.
Main Responsibilities- Lead our IFS Global Markets Food certified production operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality assurance and control, working closely with our internal Quality Management (QM) team to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the management and sales teams to meet production goals and support our expansion efforts.
- Supervise and coach an expanding team, promoting development and fostering a productive work environment.
- Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
- Proven track record managing high-scaling business models and production processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
- Proactive, motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
