Senior Electrical Systems Engineer

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Lilium. As a key member of our Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS) team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-voltage electrical systems for our aircraft.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development of EWIS design concepts, including high-voltage cable selection, assembly processes, and part selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality designs and compliance with certification and safety standards.
- Manage suppliers and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
- Develop and implement processes, guidelines, and tools for EWIS design to improve efficiency and quality.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering, with a strong understanding of Part 21J and 25 design organization environments.
- Experience with high-voltage electrical cable design and knowledge of aerospace standards and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens NX and PDM/PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
