About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our data center construction projects from initial briefing to installation and commissioning. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects, utilizing and developing your management skills in the delivery of planning packages for small to medium-sized projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading project teams in the development of multidisciplinary projects at all levels of design and construction, including testing and commissioning
- Project planning and management as well as quality management
- Integration into an international and interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience and several years of experience as a project manager in leading multidisciplinary teams in the realization of large industrial or technology projects. At least 1+ years experience in data center projects
- Relevant project references in national and/or international science, industry, or technology projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of building planning and sound knowledge of RIBA, HOAI, or similar standards
- Timely realization of complex projects with associated budget planning
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance, organizational, and negotiating skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills and ideally German
