Epiroc is a leading manufacturer of innovative solutions for the mining and infrastructure industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team in Europe West.

About the Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the technical competencies of our team members. Your key focus will be on analyzing training needs, developing training modules, and collaborating with the Global Training team to ensure effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide training modules based on training needs analysis
  • Collaborate with Business Line Managers, Technical Support Manager, and other stakeholders to identify training needs
  • Record and evaluate training data to ensure quality objectives are met
  • Produce a monthly report on training activities
  • Work cooperatively with all departments to address problem areas and stimulate sales
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a solid understanding of mining and construction techniques. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Solid knowledge and experience in mining and construction techniques
  • Experience as a trainer
  • Very good user level of IT tools
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
