Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Office Management to join our team at Knoell. As a key member of our Corporate Departments, you will be responsible for organizing administrative tasks to support our operative business and highest operational management level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize the Office Management Team, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes.
  • Foster further development and optimization of administrative processes in your field of competence.
  • Support our operational Heads of Division & Department in various areas, including preparation of meetings, tracking and follow-up of to-dos, and preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Manage external or internal communication, email correspondence, and manage the inbox and outbox of regular email.
  • Act as a contact person for clients and suppliers.
  • Support travel bookings, purchase and management of office supplies, and management and support of global external 3rd party subcontracting.
  • Support various internal corporate departments, such as Hospitality Management with events & Catering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in office administration or a related field is beneficial.
  • Approx. 5 years of experience in office management.
  • Professional understanding of commercial topics.
  • Initial leadership experience or strongly aspire to develop yourself into a people leadership role.
  • Confident handling of MS-Office.
  • Fluent in English and German, any additional language would be an asset.
  • Proactive, motivated, and committed team player with business-oriented thinking.
  • An established network (with clients, authorities) would be an asset.
