Regional Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director (gn) to lead our Firmen Clients Management team at Kreissparkasse Herzogtum Lauenburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve client relationships, and mentoring and coaching a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of experienced professionals to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationships and drive business growth
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, goals, and development opportunities
• Identify and address areas for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Make informed decisions on credit approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide comprehensive and structured advice to large corporate clients to maximize sales potential
• Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
• Represent the Firmen Clients Management team at external events and conferences

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in credit risk management and regulatory compliance
