Regional Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director (gn) to lead our Firmen Clients Management team at Kreissparkasse Herzogtum Lauenburg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve client relationships, and mentoring and coaching a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of experienced professionals to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationships, increase revenue, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members, set goals and objectives, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Make credit decisions in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
• Provide comprehensive and structured advice to large corporate clients to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Represent the Firmen Clients Management team at external events and conferences.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
