Job Title: IT Support Specialist

At Airswift, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our employees, ensuring seamless functionality of our Microsoft Azure Active Directory/365 environment, endpoint management, security, and critical SaaS tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support our Microsoft Azure Active Directory/365 environment, endpoint management, security, and critical SaaS tools in a hybrid organization.
  • Collaborate with the system engineering team to resolve technical issues, identify improvements, and implement innovative solutions and automations.
  • Manage access and identity requests, maintain security protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Administer and troubleshoot network devices and clients.
  • Improve the IT onboarding process for new team members, providing support, laptop/phone provisioning, and tailored training.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting hardware issues, offering guidance to junior team members.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize and automate IT tasks, reducing team workload, improving consistency, and enhancing user experience.
Qualifications:
  • ~5-7 years of hands-on IT helpdesk, systems administration, or engineering experience in scale-ups or tech-driven organizations.
  • ~ Expertise in administering enterprise identity and productivity tools like Azure AD, Office 365, or similar platforms.
  • ~ Proficiency in managing ticket-based enterprise workflow systems, with significant experience in Atlassian products like JIRA.
  • ~ Desired experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Meraki, Kandji, Jamf, or Intune, along with network device management and security.
  • ~ Strong communication skills, including clear articulation of ideas, effective documentation, and collaboration in a remote/hybrid team environment.
  • ~ Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and deadlines.
