Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dispatch team at gabo Systemtechnik GmbH. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of our products from production to delivery.

• Operational management of the dispatch team, including personnel coordination and development
• Strategic planning and implementation of logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Analysis and optimization of logistics software and processes
• Development and implementation of statistical reports and metrics to measure supply chain performance
• Resolution of customer complaints and issues related to logistics and shipping

• Completed education in industrial management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
