ZVEI e.V. - Verband der Elektro- und Digitalindustrie sucht einen/eine Gleichstromtechnologien-Manager/in - Transformationsbeauftragten, um sich an der Umstellung von Energienetzen in intelligente Gleichstromgrids zu beteiligen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Verstärkung für unser engagiertes Team im ZVEI e. V. bevorzugt am Standort Frankfurt am Main .

**Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:**
Ausbau und Gestaltung der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Open DC Alliance (ODCA) zur Transformation von Energienetzen in intelligente Gleichstromgrids
Vertretung der ODCA-Mitgliederinteressen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene gegenüber politischen, gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungsträgern
Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen zum Thema Gleichstrom mit Expertinnen und Experten
Gestaltung und Durchführung von Lobby- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zur Förderung von DC-Technologien in Bereichen wie Energie- und Ressourceneffizienz, Elektrifizierung, Resilienz, Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Normung
Pflege und Ausbau des Netzwerks sowie Werbung neuer Mitgliedsunternehmen
Organisation und Moderation von Fachveranstaltungen und Arbeitskreisen zur Förderung des Wissenstransfers und der Normungsarbeit im Bereich Gleichstromtechnik

**Anforderungen 'Requirements:'
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und Interesse an Technik und innovativen Lösungen
Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem Verband, einer politischen Institution, einem Forschungsinstitut oder einem Unternehmen
Kenntnisse in der Industrie- oder Energieversorgungsbranche und nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Netzwerken
Analytische Fähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Erste Erfahrung im Marketing und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Grundkenntnisse in Normung und Standardisierung wünschenswert
Eigenständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise mit Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen sowie auch der englischen Sprache
