Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Talent Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing organization talent development programs, change management, talent retention, building succession plans, and crafting a career framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with the company's objectives and culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify future talent needs and create long-term development and succession plans.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, belonging, and diversity, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in talent management across all regions of operation.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- You have gained solid experience in a senior leadership role within talent management or human resources, ideally in a global setting within the logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- You have international experience, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate with teams and partners worldwide.
- You are business fluent in English and have in-depth understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- You are a dynamic leader with exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills, able to inspire and lead HR professionals.
